The survey found 56 per cent of Canadians disapprove of the Conservatives' handling of foreign affairs, which represents a "major turn" for the worse in public perception.
The survey has a margin of error of plus or minus 1.84 per cent, 19 times out of 20.
"While some Canadians see positive changes, such as a more decisive leadership style, most Canadians see the changes as becoming too aligned with the Bush administration and lacking accountability," the report reads.
