A federal US judge has struck down part of the USA Patriot Act, joining other courts that have challenged the Bush administration's terrorism legislation.

    The U.S. citizens are being beat up and kept from protesting or revolting yet Paul Cellucci is in Canada being as revolting as possible. Kick him out!

    So finally they speak, I wonder how many people have been charged under this part of the act? A few more challenges and maybe they can go back to preaching about how free they are, and Canadians can stop worrying about losing our freedom to them!
