Mackay Effusive After First Lunch With Rice

Ms. Rice wasn't quite so personal but she seemed pleased to have such an appreciative visitor over for lunch.     At least Mackay might be ruining his future leadership hopes by seeming to much like a U.S. lackey.....dare to dream.
