Posted on Wednesday, February 06 at 11:51 by Diogenes
Nausea and a feeling of disorientation soon follow. The device is called the "LED Incapacitator." Intelligent Optical Systems is the company building it right here in California, thanks to an $800,000 contract from Homeland Security. http://cbs13.com/national/flashlight.weapon.crowd.2.645991.html

"The point of this device is to disorient you, so we modified the video when we showed it on air."

Really? So, my monitor has the same capabilities as that flashlight?

FUD at it's finest. Can't see this thing being effective in bright sunlight, or should the intended target have on welding glasses . . .or sunglasses . . .or close his eyes . . .or refuse to stand still and look at the bright light . . . (sound of running feet) . . wait, come back here! look at my flashlight!)

I have a skunk lurking around in my backyard that'll make anyone run for cover. I'll be happy to sell the fucker to those Homeland clowns for $800,001 - if only I could catch it!
