U.S. Sex Offender To Serve Probation In Canada

Isn’t amassing that the Canadian Government can arrest and hold people without charging them for suspicion of terrorism and national security reasons without evidence or proof of committing a crime but can’t stop or hold a person indefinitly who has pleaded guilty in a court to sexual abuse in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a child making that person a convicted fellen. He is a landed immigrant not a citizen of Canada. They had the right to deny him enter back into Canada before he arrived on Canadian soil.

But most important of all is that a foreign Government and a foreign legal system without legal juridiction in Canada, the United States of America, feels it has a right to sentence its own convicted fellons and citizens to Canada to serve their sentences and all the Prime Minister of Canada can say is that its Canada and Canadians fault for allowing lack laws to exsist in Canada but not that it is a violation of Canadian soverignity.
