US Plans Tidal Wave Of Nuclear Proliferation

Posted on Thursday, January 06 at 07:35 by 4Canada
Oh, we do spend U.S. tax dollars to warn the world of the nuclear danger. On December 27, the Voice of America broadcast news of a UN report on proliferation: the international community "is approaching a point at which the erosion of the non-proliferation regime could become irreversible and result in a cascade of proliferation." At least 40 nations have the technology to build nuclear weapons at relatively short notice. But the VOA only mentions two of those nations as dangers: Iran and North Korea. What about the other 38? Apparently, in this age of a “what-me-worry” president, we just aren’t supposed to worry. full article: http://www.commondreams.org/views05/0105-24.htm

Lets'see. Would this help sell BMD shield systems? Or vice-versa. How about grey markets in your nearest neighborhood for lunatics? This puts Canadian Sovereignty in a brand new perspective. Does it not?

Another stupid Vive headline - dozens of countries have the ability to make nuclear missiles because the technology is widely available, it really isn't all about the United States all the time. Every country has its own agenda, an agenda that may include being able to threaten their neighbours or us with nuclear missiles. Non-proliferation treaties work when hardly anyone has the technology, but today even private groups are sending rockets into orbit on shoestring budgets. Think - instead of becoming part of a tidal wave of ignorance.
