We're All Bunnies With The F-16s

By "region", we can only assume he meant George Bush's home state of Texas, where the jobs of 5000 workers at Lockheed Martin Corporation's F-16 factory are on the line due to declining orders. The decision undermines more than two decades of sanctions imposed because of Pakistan's clandestine nuclear program and 1999 military coup. The nuclear program is no longer clandestine and the military ruler, Pervez Musharraf, is an ally in the war against militant Islamists. He might even co-operate in a looming conflict with neighbouring Iran, so praise God and pass the ammunition. http://www.commondreams.org/views05/0328-23.htm

What a bloody hypocrisy! Remember when Musharraf first took over as "president"? Remember the howles heard from Washington about toppling him because he had not been elected president in a democratic way? Remember all the admonishings if he did not step down? And now? The best of bed fellows under the same blanket! What a stench!!!

I wonder if our depleted uranium will go in the bombs and bullets for those planes. Do they need land-mines?
