Atlantica

Today, Narco News supplies the business group's own maps and details its plans to do to the Northeastern US and Eastern Canada what has already been accomplished in Mexico:

Giordano reports:

"An alliance of big business owners is openly plotting the economic Mexicanization of an important region of the Northeast US and Eastern Canada. They call their new world 'Atlantica,' and have imposed their borders around it as if drawing a new 'country' on a Risk game board. Here's the map of 'their' new country, not one founded upon democratic decisions, but with orders barked from an unelected elite of corporate flunkies whose only law is to maximize profits for the owners.

"...Have you heard the modern axiom about this being the first time in human history that more people lived in cities than in the countryside? Some folks repeat it as if that's some kind of wonderful. But it's killing the quality of life in cities along with that upon the fruited plain. Whether you live in the country or the town, if you live in or near 'Atlantica,' chances are that this economic system will force your own migration in your lifetime. Think you are safe and installed for life where you are now? Start to think like a Mexican instead.

"...Of course, the imposition of a Mexico-style 'free trade economy' on Eastern Canada and the Northeastern US will look much the same as it does down south. It won't just be about shipping international products faster and cheaper. It will also seize upon the collapse of the family farm and the subsequent conscripted army of a cheap and migrant labor pool to create a new region of sweatshops. And that will require electricity, something the Atlantican masters have very much in mind."

Read about how Canadian unions and social movements are mounting resistance to the "Atlantica" plan, their plans to protest in Halifax, Nova Scotia, June 11-16, and how the US Commercial Media has withheld the big story from its news consumers, once again, only this time the story is about what will happen to them:

Well, we have thousands of years of historical precedents showing that, when a ruling aristocracy is given extraordinary powers, democracy dies and the system turns into a dictatorship.

Ever since the neoclassical market economic theory raised its ugly head, about 30 years ago, democracy has been chipped away with more and more power given to this, now international, ruling class, with its legalized crime wave growing by the minute.

The solution is not any form of violent revolution, as it usually puts a worse class of criminals into power, but a silent uprising of peoples, demanding the retake of their democratic rights.

We can see the the anti G8 protests going on in Germany. Complete waste of time and effort! Their methods are futile, their actions childish and often criminal.

The protests should go against their university economics departments, where the scriptures of this criminal religion and its brainwashed priest priesthoods originate.

Forwarded the story to Lou Dobbs. He can shine some light on the issue if only from the US perspective at first.

Would add to Ed's comment that the action needs to be carried out against mainstream medias. Their impact seems far more harmful than the University ivory towers. Thanks agin to Vive&likes.

The more people become convinced they get served junk harmful to their mental health in the medias, the more likely they are to further disengage. The analogy of our progress against junk food seems useful. That is very much the message of Adbusters.org and TheTyee was picking up on it recently in its fight against CanWest.
