In 1998 Milan founded Voices in the Wilderness/UK, a British branch of the USsanctions-breaking group, and became one of two British citizens to have been arrested for breaking the economic sanctions on Iraq by exporting medical supplies without an export license. Milan's book will be on sale at the forum.
