NAFTA's Chapter 11 Worries Americans

Suprise! It looks as if Americans dislike NAFTA's chapter 11 when it's used to overrule their courts. This appeared in the New York Times (free membership required).

One gem from the article: "If Congress had known that there was anything like this in Nafta," he said, "they would never have voted for it." --Ed
