Crocodile Tears

On CBC Radio's "The House" (9:00 AM, Saturdays) http://www.cbc.ca/thehouse/thisweek.html it was mentioned that a succession of Prime Ministers, including Brian Mulroney, Paul Martin, and now (apparently) Stephen Harper, have been "very concerned" about the poverty and disparities between Canada's aboriginal people. That "concern" has managed to stretch itself over the last 20+ years, and not a damn thing has actually been done about it. Will this latest "initiative" be any different? Or is this just more crocodile tears?
