Arar case is a diversion from the real story. The real story? Israel and the American military/oil complex blew up the WTC to justify their pre-emptive foreign wars.

And while i\'m on it, get rid of this Mel guy, he\'s another useless stooge, pretending to represent relevant issues.

Clarification please, which Mel are you refering to? The WTC issue is supposedly being investigated by the brains down south, the Arar case is a clear cut case of the brains being spent and abusing the rights of an individual to further what end? I don\'t get the connection between the Arar case and the WTC, except that they both represent abuse by the corporate war mongers?

ARAR case is just fodder for the mainstream news. Like a good little lap dog, Vive picks it up. Why? Why does this site have to mirror the pusher media? This is the NET for crying out loud. If i cared about ARAR, i\'d watch the friggin tv, or read a newspaper. This can be said for MOST of the stuff on this site. Why doesn\'t this site get to the MEAT of the issue. OUR mainstream media, Canwest, CBC, Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, are part and parcel to the coverup, the conspiracy of silence. The Amero-Israeli and Bushie WarBuck machine blew the WTC, i mean, it\'s a phucking outrage. whew, i\'ll be ok now. i forgot, gotta read between the lines. Must think like Ruskie in old soviet union, i keep forgetting.....

    Anon,

    Maybe your right.

    Anon,

I tend to agree with you on the WTC statement however if you had been the one shipped to Syria would you want us to ignore you and go for just as you call it the \"REAL STORY\"? No matter how I feel about the real story does not negate the fact that someone was treated very badly and deserves our support and attention. Contrary to what you may think some of us can concentrate on more than one thing at a time.

Arar is also a citizen of Syria, deported from another country, to Syria. If he was tortured by the Syrians, why doesn\'t he sue them? why doesn\'t the anti-American Left condemn Syria? because narrow-minded ideologues refuse to even think beyond idiotic conspiracy theories. Why are some people so enamored and awestruck by the Americans that they think the U.S. could do absolutely anything with the wave of some magic wand? Americans are people too, not fantastic all-powerful magicians that you seem to think they are.

To anon above, if you think we are not getting to the meat of the issues, why don\'t you submit the \'meat\' stories? Vive is a reflection of our views, our interests and so its only going to post what we submit, providing it isn\'t racist or discriminatory. So if you think we\'re off base, start educating, we are all fairly open minded and like to hear all sides of a story.

Ya Welan Costan I\'m most interested to know what this anon can actually contribute to the sight for our discussion.

You\'re free to post anon, so go for it.

Kevin you made me laugh with the magic wand statement.
