If the Arar case is any kind of example I would suggest CSIS is already sharing too much information with other countries. Also, after McLellan's visit with Tom Ridge this last weekend I'm rather suspicious that Canada will now become the USA's spy-go-between because we *officially* have the Canadian Passports that are so desired by foreign spies.
