Don't Forget About The Census

I see that a couple days after the reply from the ministry the headline of Vive has not changed. I propose that a second petition be started that we have heard the ministry's position and are entirely dissatisfied with it.

    Yes, lets start a second petition, we can put it together in the forum unless someone has a better idea.
