With Hugo Chavez being a friend of Fidel and Raul Castro I don't believe the the United States of America will get a drop. Hopefully the Cuban government will be more in control of their natural resources than the fools we have here in Canada. The Cubans have a chance to build a healthy economy with the oil and natural gas reserves they have. After forty three years of an economic embargo by the Americans, does anyone think they'll get any oil consideration from the Cuban government.
