Where Will The Cowboys Go?

Will the cowboy ride off into the sunset like the Hollywood movies? Or will they slowly die away? Who will ensure my beef is hormone free, and range fed or is that to be History? Will all the beef that lands in my supermarket be the product of a feedlot; Where the cattle never know the freedom to roam, to graze in the pastures morning till night, and rest in the clean fields with their offspring snuggled close? Is that to be no more, will they all stand for months on end, knee deep amidst their own feces, waiting for someone to move it around? Will their lives be simply to stand and eat, to face a trough day after day Until they finally are fat enough to be my meal? Will there be no more Alberta pride, Canadian grade beef? Will a Canadian consumer be forever at the mercy of the United States for All their food choices? Will the cowboy, farmer and rancher be reduced to An American foreign worker?
