    Maybe that'll be the real cold war? Foreigners with The Money against Big Debt With Bombs each threatening to pull the plug on the other.

    Also a good plan for deep integration.
    If the US gets too far in debt,and things come apart,they can just go with the recession,close their borders and trade with JUST Mexico and Canada.Hell even make a new dollar for North America.
