Banners For The Home Page

Maybe some things can be chosen as a banner to be kept on the home page. Kind of like a petition table of banners. Now I understand that there is already a link called Petition. But I just feel that it would be much better if some action items get more exposure by using banners. Thanks for allowing me to suggest something for the site :-) Kevin Gagnon
