Man Handed 16 Months In Jail For Hate Website

Something to consider: <br><br> Read the releated story I linked to, and ask yourself why is this obviously insane man being taken so seriously that his "crime" had to be brought to the publics attention, and that so much effort had to be spent just to silence and punish him for his otherwise laughably demented views? <br><br> In this case I have to wonder who are the real crazy people when the prosecution used the following argument: <blockquote> <i>Crown prosecutor Steve Bilodeau told the jury that Mueller's ideas and even references to outer space may seem outrageous, but his mental state is not an issue at trial. <br><br> "He knows the difference between right and wrong," Bilodeau said. "He knows what's socially appropriate."</i> </blockquote> Considering the talk of UFO's and other insanity, what could Mueller possibly be saying that anyone would take seriously, so much so that the ruling establishment HAD to publicly expose the existence of his website and message, forcebly shut up and criminally punish the man for his thoughts alone? <br><br> I'd rather dance with the nutty racists than with the nutty censors, because at least I can see what the nutty racists are up to.
