    10th anniversary eh... isn\'t it about time we did an independent commission on the effect that it had, like say looking at 1)the environment; 2) our influence in the world; & 3)our dependence on the USA, all compared with how things were before the NAFTA like Mel Clark was going to do with Peter McKay? Shouldn\'t we do something like this before we jump into the FTAA pool with both feet?
