UNREST IN CANADA OVER NORTH AMERICAN UNION

The second formal step was the integration and subjugation of Canada's military into the US military command under NORAD, NORTHCOM, and the Bi-National Planning Agreement. That is why our Canadian military is in Afghanistan. The third formal step in the creation of the NAU was the implementation of the respective liberty-stripping anti-terrorist legislations, the Patriot Act in the USA and the Anti-terrorist Act in Canada. This has been the mechanism to implement the police state apparatus necessary to enforce Fortress America. The fourth formal step is the SPP, Security and Prosperity Partnership Agreement. That agreement is a "hostile takeover" of the Executive branch of government, a coup d'état over the government operations of Canada, U.S.A. and Mexico. (The three branches of democratic governance are: 1, the legislative arm, i.e., the policy makers, the people we elect; 2, the judicial arm, i.e., judges who interpret and apply the laws created by the policy makers; and 3, the executive arm, i.e., the civil service, the bureaucracy, who implement and run the policy and operations of government.) The SPP is a treasonous metamorphosis of our federal and provincial government bureaucracies into formal instruments to implement the agenda of the shadow government - the military/industrial/financial complex exemplified by the Canadian Council of Chief Executives who in turn are dominated by the U.S Council on Foreign Relations, and the US military apparatus. The S.P.P. has created the competitiveness council (10 to 16 people from industry and academe unelected by citizens, unaccountable to citizens, unrepresentative of citizens) in each of Canada, U.S.A., and Mexico. They meet with our Prime Minister and the two Presidents. They actively direct the restructuring of the civil service apparatus and governance of Canada, U.S., and Mexico away from instruments serving the public interest and nationhood, and into tools to serve the power and greed of the industrial, financial, military complex. This Competitiveness Council will be at Montebello directing the three leaders in August, 2007 finalizing the last steps of the NAU. Since March, 2005, under the direction of three senior cabinet ministers of each country, about 100 working groups of unelected officials from government and industry have been meeting at taxpayer expense deciding on and directing the implementation of the restructuring of the apparatus of governance and the form of rule over the people. Their command goes out down the chain of bureaucracy expending vast amounts of taxpayer dollars implementing the changes in our border crossings, in our airports, on our airplanes, in our skies, on and to our roads and highways, in our personal identification systems, in our health, in our vaccines, over our food supplements, in our pesticide safety levels, in our schools and universities, in the exploitation of our natural resources - our rivers, lakes, oil, gas, in our environment, in the arms industry, in the manufacture and use of depleted uranium, in the exploitation of and experimentation on our indigenous people and our military personnel, in immigration, over our right of Habeus Corpus, in our right of due process, our right to assemble and our freedom of speech, etc., etc. For this reason the Canadian Action Party/Parti action canadienne calls for electoral reform not just in how we elect candidates, but why and how the bureaucracy operates. In particular, we call for a curb on the exercise of power in the executive branch of government, and especially in the P.M.s office. This need is of paramount importance because it is the key to why and how three nations (Canada, USA, Mexico) are being dismantled. Remember, if you believe in democratic accountable representation, there must be a universal franchise. Government of the people, by the people, for the people still is right. It is not government by officials of any organization or interest group whether public or private who are unelected by, unrepresentative, and unaccountable to the general public. We need to reform our government structure so that we can recall and replace any person we elect when they fail to keep their promise or do their duty to us, the citizenry; and we also need to turn our executive arm of government back to being the servant of the citizens. The Security and Prosperity Partnership Agreement (S.P.P) is deliberately not a formal international treaty such as NAFTA which is set out in a system of rule by international law. As a legal treaty the SPP would never have flown because it would have been exposed to scrutiny. It remains a work in progress agreement of incredible treacherous magnitude. It has already succeeded in implementing profound changes to three nations integrating the geographical region of North America. We do not even know the full extent of what has been completed or what little is left to be accomplished. We know that a powerful think tank chaired by former Sen. Sam Nunn and guided by trustees including Richard Armitage, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Harold Brown, William Cohen and Henry Kissinger, is in the final stages of preparing a report to the White House and U.S. Congress on the benefits of integrating the U.S., Mexico and Canada into one political, economic and security bloc. We know that the final report, published in English, Spanish and French, is scheduled for submission to all three governments by Sept. 30, according to the Center for Strategic & International Studies. We know that the data collected for the report is based on seven secret roundtable sessions involving between 21 and 45 people and conducted by CSIS. The participants are politicians, business people, labour leaders and academics from all three countries with equal representation. We know all this because it is described in a CSIS report, "North American Future 2025 Project." Right now, focus on being at the 25 km perimeter around Montebello, Quebec on August 20 and 21, 2007. In a separate e mail I will send suggestions about Montebello actions. Anyone who wants to remain a Canadian had better make it known to the
government in Ottawa that we would like to make are own policy and direct our
so called government for the benefit of Canadians instead of the imperialists
    south of our border.

Canada out of all the British Colonies of the old British Empire has developed into a great country considered by the world’s nations to be an exceptional nation of opportunity and wealth, partly by accident but mostly by the determination of its founding peoples. Canada, considered one of the top five countries in which a high number of the world’s population would consider to immigrate to. Canada is a country that believes in freedom, justice, liberty and the rule of law. Over it existence Canada has defended these beliefs on behalf of others that could no longer or were unable to defend themselves as well as defending itself from attacks and invasion. The development of Multiculturalism and diversity from our founding to today’s approach based on the belief that the common good is best served when everyone is accepted and respected for whom they are and recognizing that respect for cultural distinctiveness is intrinsic to an individuals sense of self worth and identity and a society that accommodates everyone equally is a society that encourages achievement, participation, attachment to country and a sense of belonging thus making Canadian citizenship highly prized.

Canada has its foundation as well as our founding beliefs based off, mainly, our British and French roots. Almost every Canadian governmental, political and legal institution is of British creation or inspiration and Quebec civil law based off royal France law. The Statute of Westminster of 1931 was the last of the Imperial Acts of the Parliament of Great Britain applicable to all the Dominions. It granted Canada, Newfoundland, New Zealand, Australia, the Union of South Africa and the Irish Free State what amounted to independence. Before 1931, despite the Dominion Acts of 1867, which granted Canada limited autonomy, the British parliament could, if it wanted to, still run Canadian affairs and had final approval of all domestic legislation. For one, the Dominion Acts only applied to domestic affairs, the British Empire still controlled Canada's foreign affairs. Thus, when King George V declared war on Germany, all of the British Empire, including Canada, automatically entered the First World War. Without any consultation from Canada’s Parliament the population of Canada found themselves bound to support Britain its mother land.

After coming this far as a nation why any Canadian would want to be subservient to or annexed by the United States of America a country that finds Canadians a threat to their security or any other country is beyond my comprehension.

There are many Canadians that write into the press including Editors, Writers, Politicians and Ambassadors that say Canada and Canadians should be thankful that the United States of America and Americans are our friends and allies. They also emphasize that Canadians should remember that we Canadians are dependant on the U.S. for everything we own and hold dear to us including our country, freedom and liberty. I agree we Canadians are dependant on the U.S.A. but not only because of want or desire but due to trade, location, some self serving ideals and private agendas by a small number of Canada’s Business elites and Canadian Politicians as well as a so called strong political desire to support our neighbor to the south as an act of friendship and loyalty.

I can never understand why anyone who lives in Canada would condemn any Canadian who loves Canada and shows his or her patriotic feelings for a free and independent sovereign Canada as anti American. What is wrong with not wanting ones country being dominated, undermined or politically manipulated by a foreign government in which ones citizens have no representation or control? When Americans do this they are not called anti Canadian. Why is this anti American and not considered by these people as being a patriotic Canadian. Is it because that these people have a desire to become Americans or want that Canada be controlled and assimilated into looking and acting like the U.S.? What about the silent majority, where are they in defence of Canada and Canadians. Why is there no condemnation of these people’s attitudes to Canada and Canadians? Why do they even live in a country that they don’t agree with or in some cases even dislike?

Yes, trade between Canada and the United States has developed to the point that Canadians are hard pressed to find anything in Canada that is 100% made in Canada that Canadians can buy. Everything is either made from materials made in the US, assembled in the US, manufactured in the US or can't be made without tools made in the US. Canada has become wholly dependent on its southern neighbor the United States of America. Yet, millions of American jobs depend on their exports to Canada, as every year goes by Americans become increasingly dependent on imports of Canadian resources and Canada has been the leading export market in the world for U.S. goods and services.

American Businesses and Corporations invest in Canada not because they like Canadians or find Canadians friendly warm, fussy or even great friends and allies but that it is as profitable if not more profitable for them then if they where expanding their businesses in the United States.

There are many reasons why this exists here are but a few:

    • Through trade agreements that gives U.S. businesses advantages that is not extended to the rest of our trading partners which in fact allows them to be treated as Canadian firms instead of foreign businesses, rights that even the U.S. Government will not extend to Canadian Businesses in the U.S.A
    • Lower employee benefits costs and Canada’s National Medicare system
    • Lower liability and legal costs
    • Lower employee wages
    • More Graduated Employees with Higher Educational Standards then those found in the United States of America and Mexico
    • Lower Operating costs including living, access to and costs of energy and natural resources.

It should be clear to those Canadians that are interested that after recent disputes in trade, national and international security, political opinion and sovereignty between Canada and the United States of America that having a strong and capable Canadian military looking after and providing for our own territory, domestic markets, processing our own agricultural and natural resources as well as having a diversified foreign trade with other countries other then the United States, will Canada be able to enforce its sovereignty, independents and a level playing field with outside markets and free trade agreements with the United States including other countries that follow. I believe in Canadians receiving fair and equitable treatment under local and international law whether you are in Canada or any other Country that Canada has diplomatic relations with. That what is expected in one Country by its citizens is received equally in these other Countries by our citizens, no exceptions. That both countries Canada and the United States of America have a level playing field receiving equally the same expectations, economical and financial access, rights and protections in Business, Trade, Travel and Human rights as citizens of our perspective countries.

Should Canada’s primary concern be diplomatic relations? If yes, then shouldn’t the emphasis be on looking after the needs of Canadians first, the security and the protection of Canada’s sovereignty and independence as well as the freedom of the Canadian people in a post 911 American dominated world? Making sure no Canadian citizen or citizens should be targeted by localized authorities, deprived of liberty being held without charge and due process under the law locally or internationally. That Canada’s future is determined by Canadians and not by or influenced by foreign governments Ambassadors and foreign agendas?
