Patricia Pearson was a regular columnist for the National Post until April 2003. She resigned in protest of the coverage of the war on Iraq. Patricia Pearson has won the National Magazine and Author's Awards and the Arthur Ellis Award for best non-fiction crime of 1997. Her commentary has been published in USA Today, the New York Times, the Guardian, The Times of London, and the New Observer. Her latest non-fiction book will be available in bookstores this fall. Pearson is also the grand-daughter of the late Lester B. Pearson, former Prime Minister of Canada and Nobel Prize recipient.
