The SPP And Its Working Groups Are The Design of the Council On Foreign Relations:
There are two reasons to believe that the SPP is a CFR document: First, the CFR came out with a Task Force to integrate the North American Continent in the fall of 2004 http://tinyurl.com/nj8ee Secondly, the CFR came out with a unified north American continent policy statement two weeks before the SPP was signed http://tinyurl.com/js2xp Thus it is reasonable to conclude that the SPP is the design for regional governance by the power elite.
The Cancun Summit Called For Working Groups
One year after the signing of the SPP, in late March 2006, the three leaders of the North American continent met at the Cancun Summit http://tinyurl.com/motob and produced the SPP Progress http://tinyurl.com/pyuxz and SPP Next Steps Document http://tinyurl.com/gmaag
The SPP and the SPP Next Steps documents call for Working Groups to integrate government and corporate power over manufacturing, environment, communication, food production, resources, military, transportation and technology; thus creating the infrastructure for a new government -- a continental government.
The SPP Working Groups Have Had Great Success
These include the Financial Services Working Group (FSWG) which focuses on enhancing processes for addressing banking, securities and insurance issues http://tinyurl.com/rsbsg and the North American Energy Working Group (NAEWG) which focuses on energy and natural resources http://tinyurl.com/psncm
The Planned Roll-Out Date Of Continental-Wide Government Had Been Set For The Year 2010
The planned on roll-out date for the new government was set for the year 2010; yet a roll-out appears imminent. There is likely to be a national emergency in late 2006: it will serve as a pretext for a Coup d'état or coup; the response to the event will be the roll-out of the new continental wide government. The triggering event may be an outbreak of pandemic bird flu or perhaps rioting in the streets because people are unable to obtain gasoline for their vehicles.
The Soon Coming Coup d'état or Coup Will Secure The Establishment Of The New N. American Government
Whatever the trigger, the response to the event, usually involves control of some active portion of the military while neutralizing the remainder of a country's armed services. This active group captures or expels leaders, seizes physical control of important government offices, means of communication, and the physical infrastructure, such as streets and power plants. The coup succeeds if its opponents fail to dislodge the plotters, allowing them to consolidate their position, obtain the surrender or acquiescence of the populace and surviving armed forces, and claim legitimacy.
Coups typically use the power of the existing government for its own takeover. As Edward Luttwak remarks in his Coup d'état: A Practical Handbook: “A coup consists of the infiltration of a small but critical segment of the state apparatus, which is then used to displace the government from its control of the remainder.” In this sense, use of military or other organized force is not the defining feature of a coup d'état. http://tinyurl.com/f9m8g
The coming martial law take-over of America, Canada and Mexico will not be opposed by the military as command authority has replaced Constitutional authority: loyalty is given to rule of men rather than to a sovereign nation’s constitution. http://tinyurl.com/ne2he A single North American Continent military force, NORTHCOM, replaced the United States military on 10-10-2002 http://tinyurl.com/hmfhj This military force stands unified to serve the word, will and way of the President’s or his Secretary Of Defense http://tinyurl.com/s5ux7 NORTHCOM will secure the establishment of the new North American Government.

If there was ever a time for Canadians to become pushy - now is the time - for time is running out on this nation called Canada.
The 2 greatest military powers on Earth have been beaten up a kicked out by bunches of barefoot and rag clothed amateurs.
I've been hit by up to 20 bullets, without a scratch, blown up, poisoned, sentenced to death and to the gulags and got away from all, but almost lost my right leg to lice bites.
There's an old Magyar proverb: "Many geese can beat up a pig"
After all, is this supposed to be a democracy, or already a corporate dictatorship ?

Instead of shooting, I prefer turning my back and showing the finger: "Up yours!"
Nothing deflates ruling classes faster, than a population that doesn't respond either to demands, or to threats. They can beat uprisings with violence, but can't do a damn thing against no response. Fighting on the barricades my be heroic, but also stupid, that doesn't achieve anything.
This was how the Soviet satellites and ultimately the USSR collapsed. The people lost faith and didn't answer the trumpet calls. Empire Kaputt !!!
