Feels Like -50 C As Deep Freeze Settles On Prairies

Actually RG, this is a pretty normal Prairie winter. It's the last 5 years where we haven't hit -40C that were abnormal. January 2007 was the warmest January on record. December 2005 we had no snow on the ground at all.

But, as far as climate goes, 5 years does not make a pattern, nor does 1.

The believe a few days at -40 will do it, or a week at -30, or a couple weeks at -20.

Ether way, the population should be diminished significantly.

I notice too, that vegetation that has been buried in ice for 1600 years on Baffin Island and is now exposed is being used as evidence of Global Warming. How did the vegetation get three to begin with? As the glaciers melt in the Alps, evidence of Roman settlements are showing up. How did the Romans build under all that ice?

Yes they do, and for good reason since we (as in the masses at large) always vote in the same bunch of scheming losers election after election, it's like we're gluttons for punishment and they're always pushing the boundary to see just how stupid we really are.
