Red Tape, Red Flags: Regulation for the Innovation Age includes the proceedings of the 2nd CIBC Scholar-in-Residence Lecture, held in May 2007 and moderated by Allan Gregg, President, Allan Gregg Strategies and Chairman of Harris/Decima Research. The book also includes the commentaries of Rick Thorpe, British Columbia's minister responsible for regulatory reform, Green Party Leader Elizabeth May, and Janet Yale, Executive Vice-President, Corporate Affairs, TELUS Corporation, at the Scholar-in-Residence Lecture.
