"by 1958 he had learned to perform what he called "splitting the positive", using “cold electrical energy” as well as the normal positive electrical energy."

The terms "splitting the positive" and “cold electrical energy” have no basis in science. This "free energy" invention was clearly a scam, one of many that keep popping up over the years. What appears to be the case is that Gray bilked investors out of their money which is why he was eventually shut down.

Did I miss something? What does this have to do with Canada, Canadian Sovereignty or the usual focus of this site? Are we not WAY of topic? No disrespect intended to Dio or the Editors.

My thoughts as well. Makes me think about that post a short while back from Eugene about this place going loony tunes, and then there was the censorship incident where a thread was locked because someone was talking about Canadian politics.

I don't know, but perhaps the appearance of this thread in the main page was an honest mistake, or perhaps one of the editors is in dire need of a vacation?

PS: The pics are indeed cool, but have nothing to do with even the story subject.

Ah, it was an honest mistake - thank goodness!

    Carry on ...

. . . and yea, I need a vacation. Haven't taken one in too many years, and haven't had two days off in a row since New Years. :(

Yea, googling around, all I seem to see are scams. "Buy this book! Free Energy!" as confirmed by Nicola Tesla, Ben Franklin and Thomas Edison!!

"Iposted it because of the photos of the car"

The pictures I enjoyed (thanks for sharing). Then again, I enjoyed digging into the free energy scam as well, it's just my nature to dig into new things and report back. Sometimes what at first looks like a scam turns out to be a little more interesting than that (like the "fusor" invention I dug into a while back), so you never know.
