This report is the collaborative effort of many of Canada's leading scientists, some of whom are working for the Meteorological Service of Canada, and some of whom are working at leading Canadian universities. The report describes Canadian atmospheric science as having made significant contributions to the body of knowledge and how that is being jeopardized by the Federal government's continued slashing of the MSC's research budget.
