As the Americans see their country enclosed, they see less of the real world. Hitler blamed Germanys problems on the Jewa. Bush can blame it on illegal workers. Few Americans could pinpoint where Iraq, Iran nor Afghanistan was on the map. Before 911 few people in North America could. Few people name those countries as having been the enemy. In short, Americans don't know where or who their real enemy is and they elected him believing he is defending them. Presently the American government claims to not be intimidated by those countries that threaten not to provide them with oil. This government claims those countries will continue to sell because THEY need the money. The high fuel costs and shortages will allow the American Government to convince Americans of even more enemies to add to the list: "Good thing we bombed Iran, they were going to stop you from running your cars". "Good thing we prevented foreigners from entering our country and using up our fuel" Those latter words have already been spoken by the X head of the Sierra Club.

I wonder what kind of landmines they are going to use? I think they should skip the landmines and have a 40 foot deep by 2000 foot wide trench filled with lions and snakes. There could be a 500 foot wide and 50 foot deep moat filled with sharks, barracuda and sea snakes in the middle of the dry trench. Cameras could be mounted and FOX could run a new reality TV show, "Run For The Border," Taco Bell could come on as the main sponsor. It won't be long now until American Armed forces start talking in German and begin shooting Americans trying to "Escape From The United States of America." Maybe Kurt Russell could host a few shows. Sieg hiel mein Fuhr Bush.

Landmines. Now there is an interesting idea. America never signed the treay banning them....however, they would be violating Mexican soveriegnty by using them on Meixcan soil. They would have to contaminate their own soil with them......that would end up killing their own citizens and be a violation of military protocal....:)

This is an interestin article and dares to touch on the practical nature of the deportation idea and the racial implications of America becoming a "coffee coloured country" as the article put it within a generation.

The Canadians border is hardly defended at all in places. The border with Mexico used to be but is not anymore. Not for 40 years--and that is no accident, that is globalism.

As usual, the President and the bought out Congress sell out while the Senate backs a wall in a patriotic move. This is NOT a Berlin Wall as that was to keep their own people in--this is to keep illegals out and it would keep 95% of illegals out. Rig it with landmines and that climbs to 100% practically.

The wall may be a deal for Haiburton but if it gets America a wall they need oh well.

The cost of the wall is LESS than the war in Iraq for one month. At 3 million a mile, they could do the whole 3000 mile border for what, 9 billion? They spend that on their military in a few days.

The wall currently is what, between 1000 and 1500 miles. That is chump change. For once Haliburton will be building something in America.

It should be noted that the Minutemen who are voluntarily policing the border (with no legal trangressions to date) are raising to build 300 miles of fence themselves after their state overnment of Arizona (IIRC) refused to do so....America is alive for once. They are planning a double chain-link fence with a road in bwtween and a ditch that slant towards the Mexicans border.

Why do so many leftists chose to support slave labor and open borders the way America's agro-business does. I remember when I joined a lengthy boycott against table grapes and lettuce growers when the head of the farm workers said illegal immigration would guarantee that Mexicam cheap labour would destroy their own cause taking lots of blacks and poor whites with them.
Why do you sell them out if not to make General Foods and Monsanto richer? What Mexican cooks and gardens for today's leftists since they always ask who will do these household chores that last years 3 million illegals refuse to do this year?
Good fences make exporting poverty look just like it sounds - crinimal.

For once Haliburton will be building something in America.
But they will likely have to use Mexican labour, as it is cheaper.........
---
RickW
