To continue the debate over the Security and Prosperity Partnership or SPP and what it means for Canada we were joined by two people. John Manley is a former Minister of both Finance and Foreign Affairs, as well as Deputy Prime Minister. He is now with the law firm McCarthy Tetrault and he was in Ottawa. And Gordon Laxer is a professor of political economy and the Director of the Parkland Institute at the University of Alberta. He was in Toronto.
