North American Army Created Without OK By Congress

Posted on Wednesday, February 27 at 14:29 by NAUWATCH

In a ceremony that received virtually no attention in the American media, the United States and Canada signed a military agreement Feb. 14 allowing the armed forces from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a domestic civil emergency, even one that does not involve a cross-border crisis.

The agreement, defined as a Civil Assistance Plan, was not submitted to Congress for approval, nor did Congress pass any law or treaty specifically authorizing this military agreement to combine the operations of the armed forces of the United States and Canada in the event of a wide range of domestic civil disturbances ranging from violent storms, to health epidemics, to civil riots or terrorist attacks.

I wonder if (and when) Harper is summarily turfed out come the next election, would that qualify as an "emergency" requiring the intervention of the US military.....?

Who knows. With the U.S. military able to cross borders whenever they feel, anything is possible as we know. But remember, to declare the emergency all it takes is a terrorist attack which doesn't need to be of extreme proportions. But the worst part of all, is Canada is portrayed in the U.S. media and government as a "haven for terrorists" as we allow more Islamic groups to function, are much more "liberal" then the U.S. which is in fact seen as an insult to washington. We still allow communists to function apparently, plus the left wing is out of control anarchists who have taken over the universities. We are supposed to have freedom of religion which is obviously not on the new world order agenda. I think a military coup on canada could be coming as well

Why do "they" suddenly feel the need for this agreement, why now? And why so secretive if is is truly in our best interests?

I believe and the evidence supports that this is part of the plan by those responsible for the 9/11 inside job, including the Bush administration,to take over globally, which the evidence supports the corporation known as CGI is part of, including that they have extensively taken over the Canadian government and provincial governments across Canada, as well as our National Security program, including the Border, and our law enforcement, and much more, and the evidence directly connects them to the Bush Administration and the Carlyle Group, through a company known as American Management Systems or AMS, etc...that the evidence supports is behind 9/11.

Why didn't they wait for a situation that calls for this type of drastic agreement, why are they setting it up as if they are planning something and are going to make this necessary as part of this plan?

We are all in very serious trouble.
