CWB says farmers overpaying $100M a year for shipping

WINNIPEG -- The Canadian Wheat Board says farmers are overpaying railway companies more than $100 million a year for shipping grain.

The board and other farm organizations are asking the federal government to review rail costs -- something that hasn't been done since 1992...
