When US states begin the equivalent of robbing the kids' piggybanks (as demonstrated by the 2nd link), it lends a certain validity to the allegation that the richest country in the world has maxxed out its credit card. But I wonder if it will extend to legislators voting to reduce their own salaries and perks...........sort of like Mom 'n' Dad using the piggy bank money to buy food instead
