We now know why Premier Brad Wall has said he wouldn't sign Saskatchewan on to TILMA -- that secret Trade, Investment and Mobility Agreement signed by B.C. and Alberta in 2007 -- so secret that neither the public nor MLAs knew anything about it or understood its implications until too late. He had bigger fish to fry!
