Your are so paranoid. We do live on the same continent. Please don't go all Canadian on us as it becomes very tiresome.

It seems like a good idea. I always applaud when we can we can work with Canadians to provide security to our North America.

Wear your "USA Sucks" T shirts and hats when on the water, insult the hell out of anyone wearing US coast guard insignia, etc etc. They have no real authority, and any confrontation in the media will make such treason an election issue.
Expect some loyal Canadian nationalists to beat the crap out of them when they go alone in a washroom, or anywhere on Canadian soil. One of my old sparring partners did, when he found the US military on Canadian soil. Many more, of many political stripes , have told me they are ready to.

I don't know what the French town has to do with it, but 'quisling' or 'traitor' does not apply. If your friends like to beat up on people trying to defend their country and ours, then 'classy' does not apply to them. That is the very definition of 'patriot' and 'ally'; to protect one's country and offer protection to a friendly nation. To beat up a US soldier simply for coming to Canada turns my stomach.

'Classy' people are not people who must define themselves by tearing down in others what they lack in themselves. So no, your 'sparring partner' nor anyone that would wear a 'USA sucks' t-shirt (do they come in 'wife beaters'?) or beat up a soldier of an ally nation for volunteering to put his life on the line, do not strike me as 'classy' people.

My 'classy' comment was ironic satire, in case you didn't guess that by now. I hope someone sells a 'USA sucks' print 'wife beater' because that's what I'll have a mental picture of the sub-humans who burn crosses in Nova Scotia wearing.

The same arguments were made against the French resistance who opposed Hitler when he invaded the French to protect them from themselves, and their "subversive elements."
    You are in interesting company.

ooo! Well done! Insulting me by calling me a traitor because I don't approve of your friends beating up innocent tourists, and applying Godwins' Law at the same time!

Guess what? Hitler actually invaded France. Whereas, US Coast guard is helping us protect what we are too cheap to pay to protect ourselves.

    Thanks for playing!
