Liberal MLA States Olympic Protesters Are Terrorists

Posted on Monday, November 09 at 13:20 by NAUWATCH

Harry Bloy from the BC Liberal party has his own definition on what it means to be a proud Canadian.  Bloy expressed his pride at being Canadian “particularly” as the region gets ready to host the Games with the start of the torch relay. He took the opportunity to denounce those Canadians who choose to exercise their rights under section 2(b) of the Charter, stating  in the Legislature Monday that “people who protest the Winter Olympics are nothing more than “terrorists” with “limited intellect.

Bloy’s comments were made in support of a private member’s bill motion by Richmond Centre MLA Rob Howard, to welcome the Olympic torch to B.C., and recognize the unprecedented economic opportunity the Winter Olympics and Paralympics will bring.

Harry Bloy elaborated on his opinion about Olympic protesters: “You know, there was a disappointing factor about the Olympics. It was that 200-odd group of terrorists who came to Victoria from across Canada to interrupt the Games. Anyone who could support this group should be ashamed of themselves.

Is this loser for real? terrorist? Just for freely voicing one`s opposition? I guess I`m a terrorist too! Screw the political-steroid olympics! Furthermore, we`ve got money for this event, which once upon a time was something special, but is now a corporate political farce, but we don`t have money for universal public health care. We deny money to students who are saddled with ridiculous debt. This Bloy dude is a goof! Oh, but wait! I bet he`d be the first one at some cenotaph today, on this the November11th, proclaiming," Our soldiers fought for our freedoms!" What a joke! I`m sure Bloy made this comment wearing a poppy.

Terrorism is the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion. At present, there is no internationally agreed definition of terrorism. Common definitions of terrorism refer only to those violent acts which are intended to create fear (terror), are perpetrated for an ideological goal (as opposed to a lone attack), and deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants
    .

By this definition, the The BC Liberal Party is a terrorist organization.

Bloy definitely has some issues. Here's the original article with a picture of Bloy just in case any BC Vivers see him in the street and want to appropriately express their dissatisfaction with his statements.

Liberals define anyone who doesn't vote for them as "terrorists". It used to be "Communists." Only the word has changed ,the game is still the same.
Sorta defies the dictionary definition of "Liberal" doesn't it?
