Well, I think it's racist, and I'm sure the French and Germans aren't too keen on it, and Colin Powell is hardy in any position of power any more (he should have worked in something based on Condi Rice) and Chris Rock ain't exactly my favorite comedian, so no, not my choice for best quote.
