This says it all about the Gordon Campbell Liberal of BC.

AN INDEPENDENT PANEL SET UP BY THE LIBERALS!!!!!!

And just as we are revisiting the visions of Gordon Campbell's mug shot from
Hawaii dancing in our heads he votes himself a 52% (wasn't it?) pay increase
and they will be the ones to vote on it?

Souldn't WE be the ones to vote on it?

And as far as any MP or MLA getting a pension, we the people should also be
the ones who decide whether they did a good enough job to deserve a freakin
pension. They should have to apply for a pension from us. Right now I can
tell you GORDON CAMPBELL DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB FOR US. Gordon
Campbell did a swell job for the corporate fascists
however. The only BC government that I can remember liking has been Mike
Harcourt's NDP government and he was smeared out by the likes of Gordon
Campbell from the sidelines. Harcourt, a decent man, being smeared by a
    turd.

One may have to ask the liberals, what did they do to get this raise. Firing hundreds of public servants or creating laws to force teachers back to work. Presently they will "look into" the shipping of raw logs in opposed to mills shutting down. So far they acclaim the many who are working and making money on raw logs supercede the towns and villages devastated by the practice. One may assume these communities were merely a burden on the voters list.
