Rise Of The Amerikan Nazis-Part Two

Posted on Friday, December 17 at 13:05 by 4Canada
All this, combined with the methodical and clandestine rigging of elections by the GOP elite, has resulted in the utter destruction of one of the most honored principles in American history. The beacon of democracy has thus become a bastardized bonfire of duplicity, a sham designed to maintain and control power even as the citizenry is made to believe their voice resonates and steers the country forward. Nothing could be further than the truth. Full article:http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article7499.htm

I hesitate to use so strong a word, but this approaches the ravings of a . . . badly misinformed person. Was the original done in crayons under close supervision?

You should think before you post your drivel, annamoose. A mind is a terrible thing to waste, I recommend that you take 100 grams of an alkaline Vitamin C formulation in an IV drip, each day for ten days. This might purge enough toxic sludge (shit) from your body and allow your mind to begin functioning again.

You'll feel better if you lie down for a while. Don't hug the scary stuffed bear to your chest. Make it the pink bunny this time.

We live next door to a disgrace, and that is the way they built it. When times are good, the USA is the best country in the world, but when it's bad... it swings wildly in the opposite direction. Canada, for all it's strengths, was outperformed economically by the USA for 20 years. The Canadians will now reap the harvest of the American depression.

I think calling the American government "Nazis" is quite harsh. They didn't build concentration camps and kill large amounts of people in them. Imperialists is the proper title for their government and economy. The American government wants to rule the world and they are half-way there. I am also sick and tired of some anons coming on the site and saying that Canada is nothing without the USA. We are something, it is just that our government keeps on selling Canada away to other countries, mainly the USA. Well, this will change with the right politicans hopefully.

I don't think you could honestly call the Americans 'Imperialist' either. They believe in democracy and their way of life, but promoting these values around the world is obviously not the same thing as Imperialism, even in Iraq they are trying very hard to form a stable gov't representative of the people by vote. It is in their self-interest of course because democracies don't wage war on other democracies, but holding elections is the very antithesis of Imperial orders.

If we're looking for a short label, how about Global Stabilizer?

Ummm Jerry Jay...should that be global "de-stabiliser"? Have you heard about the declining greenback and run away USA debts and deficits? That will have global economic repercussions.

The decline in the value of a currency is how, from time immemorial, trade imbalances are redressed. Also, check out foreign investment in America. Back to the levels prior to 9/11: a resounding vote of confidence. A little bit of economic sophistication isn't a bad thing when discussing these matters. Keeps you from making a fool of yourself.

Asking advice from people you don't know is no substitute for the hard work of educating yourself. You reached this point in your intellectual life -- I'm being generous -- through laziness, and now it's time to get up off your duff and examine those assumptions you've collected by reading slogans on placards and listening to quasi-Marxists spout on soapboxes and in shabby basements with portraits of Che on the wall.
