(The official also says the Census Data used in NASA's terrorist screening programs, previously reported on Vive Le Canada, was publically available aggregate data).

In an interesting aside, the article also notes U.S. Census Data was used to round up Japanese Americans in WW II.

One wonders if this could happen again. Afterall, September 11th has been compared to Pearl Harbour...

    Great bedtime story...
Yes I am going to sleep better knowing they are reassuring me...I always get a sense of peace when any corporation or gov body tells me not to worry, especially when we know how secure all our information is already, no leaks, no break-ins to gov offices- containing all our info, no computer hackers...oh what a wonderful world and \'once upon a time...\'

I was just thinking that one of the best bedtime stories, was a precurser to this, goldilocks was a kind of invader, stealing from the bears, eating their food etc. but she didn\'t mean any harm, and we shouldn\'t be angry at the little thief, I mean girl; so we are conditioned to this. Nice people also break into our homes and steal from us, it\'s not just bad guys...do you suppose it was written by a gov agent? Very suspicious mind tonight...
