Kinda makes one wonder if this wasn't the plan all along, when Kinder Morgan bought Teresen in BC and effectively privatized it. If this goes through, BC customers will have no idea (nor will they have many effective choices) if they are paying fair prices or are being gouged.<br />

The people of Bolivia found out they were being gouged, and elected Evo Morales, who promised to nationalize the gas fields. I think BC could learn a thing or two from our southern hemisphere cousins.<p>---<br>RickW
