U.S. Lumber Producers Appeal Decision To Go Along With Free Trade Panel

Canada's International Trade Minister Jim Peterson called it another stalling tactic. "This is just another example of how the U.S. lumber industry will use every trick in the book to further delay the inevitable," said Peterson. "Time and time again the NAFTA panel has decided that duties should not be imposed on Canadian lumber."
