CONTRACTS Those contracts stemmed from seven federal institutions deemed as medium-to-high risks: Canada Post, Justice, Industry Canada, Foreign Affairs, Public Works and Government Services, International Trade and Canada Food Inspection Agency. More than 100 other contracts fell within the low-to-medium risk category, according to the memo classified "protected." A Treasury Board spokesman said all of the higher-risk organizations have reported progress on reducing the exposure of sensitive information by putting conditions on contracts. "We're making progress on this pretty well," said Robert Makichuk. "People are aware of this issue now and institutions are taking mitigation strategies. We're pretty happy with that, I think."
