Did The War Crimes Tribunal Commit A War Crime?

The deaths have created the impression for many in Serbia of The Hague as a gallows for Serbian nationalists - a place where the West lets them rot away and was likely to increase pressure on the government from hardliners not to extradite other suspects. How are they now going to explain to the Serbian public that Milosevic was not severely ill, as he had claimed, and that the Hague jail is safe for the Serbs?" asked political analyst Brace Grubacic. Milosevic, who had heart problems and high blood pressure, recently demanded to be temporarily released to go to Moscow for treatment. “From “Milosevic's death questions future Serb co-operation in tribunals” http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/World/2006/03/11/1483329-ap.html In Serbia, under the patronage of NATO, Serbs have a devil of a time coming up with the 10% of eligible voters required for a ballot to count. Pro-NATO Forces can get less than 10% of the vote and still win in a landslide. It looks real good on paper. I had to read a lot of senseless propaganda before a news release even mentioned Milosevic was an only an accused person and his conviction, the only one he has had up to now, was by a media puffed up with its own Clintonesque importance with no time wasted on rudimentary thinking. The deceased didn't fight on bin Laden’s side in Bosnia and Kosovo when the Muslims were moving toward one of their dreams, Greater Albania, the first step toward conquering Europe. No we did that. It looks a lot worse when that’s on paper, too. Rest in peace, Mr. Milosevic. At least you fought for your people. Half your jailers and many of your worst accusers wouldn't do that. Perhaps they will even make inaction during massacres a war crime someday. Oh my, but who’s to judge? Do I think they might stoop to murder? They, the Tribunal, would have indicted a Serb based on far less evidence. Why did they keep saying, despite the opinion of the doctors, that Milosevic wasn’t really sick, that he was faking? Well, the infallible ones were wrong. Dead wrong.
