NDP Introducing Ex Liberal MP As Gatineau Candidate

Posted on Monday, February 25 at 11:04 by N Say
Boivin, 47, was defeated by Bloc candidate Richard Nadeau in the January 2006 federal election. She has been considering running for the NDP for some time. As a radio and television host, she called on people to boycott Petro-Canada in an effort to pressure the national fuel company to lower gasoline prices. During her single term with the Liberals, she was also a vocal opponent of the U.S. missile defence system. http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/Canada/2008/02/25/4874871-cp.html

"She has been considering running for the NDP for some time."

The rats are jumping a sinking ship. Note that Boivin was a Michael Ignatieff supporter, yet Ignatieff's views are contrary to those currently being expressed by the NDP as official policy. So why is Boivin joining up with the NDP, and why is Layton accepting this contradiction into his flock?

What shall we call these born again socialists? Umm, how about neosocs?
