Pot Activist Emery Cuts Deal For Jail Sentence With U.S.

He said the Americans were demanding he serve a 10-year sentence, with at least five years in prison.     Does this count as extraordinary rendition? What happened to national borders? One would think that the proper procedure would be to just search or confiscate all packages coming from Emery's business at the border, where the DEA actually has some legitimate jurisdiction.
