Building on the successful model of the National Trust in the United Kingdom, Budget 2007 provides $5 million over two years for the establishment of a new entity, Canada's National Trust. The Trust will be able to receive donations and contributions to ensure its long-term sustainability. It will be managed and directed by private-sector individuals, and will be at arm's length from the Government. Parks Canada ensures the protection of Canada's historic resources and makes sure that they are presented in a sustainable fashion. Arms length from the government. This government has arms as long as an
    arm-amputee.

Because Harper is who he is (megalamaniac), often like a serial murderer,
they have to keep evidence of the "power" they had when they commit their
crimes. Harpers crime? The destruction of the country called
    "Canada".
