    >>A US soldier has been sentenced to 100 years and received a dishonourable discharge and will be eligible to seek parole in 10 years.<<

Does anyone remember My Lai 4, in March 1968 and the sentences given out there?

I assume the first 100 years will be pardoned and he may have to be compensated for the time served already. I'm just wondering if they will not gave him a name change and release him. As you pointed out, the Americans do not punish those in combat.

Question; has justice been severed and the rule of law up held? I know not. How much time will they serve really, I bet they are out within two years.

Also, would you or any God fearing person want these people living next door and looking at they're daughter or even dating them? Will Law enforcement issue a warning to the public where ever they live that a sexual predator is living amongst them?

And in the end what about the victims where were their rights and freedoms?
