    The Americans do not want educated Canadians coming into their country. They
    prefer uneducated Mexicans to clean their homes, wash their dishes and scrub
    their toilets. By outsourcing the real jobs and allowing the Mexicans to grab the
    minimum wage crap, they create the Welfare State they have coveted for so long.
