"Mexico is Canada's largest beef market after the United States. It imposed a ban on the import of Canadian beef last May after just one cow was identified as having bovine spongiform encephalopathy, also known as mad cow disease."
A Canada - Mexico partnership could be just what the doctor ordered to counter U.S. bullying. Perhaps we could also expand fair trade agreements with left of centre governments in latin America, like Venezuela`s Chavez.
