Secret Memo: One-World Agenda Dominates SPP Summit

The purpose of the Feb. 23 meeting in Ottawa was to set the agenda for the August summit.     If the U.S.A. was such a Great Friend of Canada and Canadians then they would be more supportive of Canadian interests as well as correcting these programs SPP/NAU/NAFTA by making them a level trading field while at the same time supporting Canadian sovereignty territorially, economically and militarily.
